•How do I get started placing an order if I’m not sure what I’m looking for?

•What is the production time of an item?
o The production time varies for each item. The standard production time is 10 – 12 working days once the artwork is approved. Rush services are available but are subject to an additional charge. |
•How do I get artwork or what do I do if I already have it?
o If you have camera ready artwork, please mail it to us. We will return it to you once the product is complete. We would prefer to receive a digital format of your logo. It would be helpful to us if it were on an Adobe Illustrator or EPS file with vector lines. Please e-mail it to us at art@laughlinpromotions.com. |
•What happens if I want a less than minimum quantity?
o Less than minimum quantity is available for certain items only. Please contact us for further information or questions. |
•What happens if I change my mind after I have already accepted the order and it is in the process of being developed?
o Once an order is placed, it is subject to acceptance. An order may not be cancelled once the production has begun. If your order is a special circumstance, and the order is cancelled, the customer will be responsible for all charges. |
•What kind of taxation is used in the billing process?
o If applicable, only MO state taxes will be applied to your invoice. If your organization is tax exempted, please send us a tax exempt letter before your order is placed. |

o Every effort is made to ship the exact number or quantity desired. However, for imprinted merchandise, LPI reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the amount of the order, and we will bill accordingly. |
